I have worked at NWF for over 22 years. I’ve moved through Operations, Health and Safety, HR Administration, Payroll management and am now an HR Services Manager, so there is great progression across different departments, and the company invests in people very well.
HR Services Manager
In 2019, I joined NWF as a Manufacturing Operative at our Merston site, shortly after I advanced to the role of Section Manager. From there, I took a leap and applied for a position as a Production Planner, gaining valuable business insights. This experience fuelled my ambition to become a National Account Manager. Today, I proudly
hold the position of Commercial Controller, leading a team of National Account Managers. Along the way, I’ve benefited from various training opportunities that have been instrumental in my personal and professional growth.
NWF stands out because of our great team, from the leaders to the day-to-day crew. In my 11 years here, I've noticed some solid changes driven by the leadership team. We have a close bond and that family feel, which is probably why some of our former colleagues come back to us.
